When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or holidays.

How do I place an order?

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once your payment is completed, you'll receive an automated email confirming your order. Please keep this email until your package arrives. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. Contact us

How can I track my shipment?

After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email within 24-48 hours. This email will include a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

Currently, our customer service is available via email only. While we don’t offer live phone support, our team is dedicated to providing prompt and helpful responses to all email inquiries.
